Roles & Responsibilities:
- Drafting notices and agenda of Board meetings, Committee Meetings and General Meetings and preparing minutes of the same.
- Filing of Returns and Compliances with ROC, maintaining minutes books, preparing and filing resolutions
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain and update statutory records and registers.
- Knowledge of Accounts Preparing & Filing ROC Forms eg. charges, annual returns , annual compliances, event based forms.
- Filing forms for Incorporations of entities
- Knowledge of Company law regulations
- Working knowledge of FEMA/RBI regulations with respect to filings of Forms for FC-GPR and ESCB compliances will be an added advantage.
- Preparing Legal Documents & Agreements Keep Yourself updated about Regular changes in different acts related to Company.
Desired Skills:
- A proficient level of computer skills is required
- Excellent interpersonal communication at all levels , to Handle communication related to corporate matters.
- Problem solving and analytical skills.
- Graduate in any stream.
