Job Description

• Well conversant with Multi-State Co-operative Societies Act, SARFAESI Act, Banking Laws and other acts and laws with respect to legal and recovery proceedings.
• Ability to draft replies to the notices regarding recovery matters, notices under SARFAESI Act, notices received from Borrowers, Guarantors, their Advocates and various Authorities
• Sound knowledge in respect of Arbitration matters, Cross examination before Arbitrator
• Should be able to independently handle ARC transactions like issuance of tender documents, Due Diligence, Acceptance of Bid, offer documents, Schedules, Final ARC transactions, valuation of Security Receipts etc.
• Sound ability of vetting and finalizing legal documents viz. Assignment deed, Trust deed etc.
• Well versed with court procedures and ability to handle matters of Insolvency and Bankruptcy code (IBC).
• Ability to liaison with Advocates, Auditors, Asset Reconstruction companies, Govt. Authorities, IRPs along with sound knowledge of process of filling with NCLT etc.
