Key Responsibilities:Financial Strategy & Leadership:
- Develop and execute the company\'s financial strategy, aligning with the organizations short-term and long-term business goals.
- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to the executive team, focusing on driving sustainable growth and profitability.
- Lead initiatives related to cost optimization, revenue forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning.
- Oversee financial operations and controls across multiple locations, ensuring compliance with all legal regulations and company policies.
IPO Management & Investor Relations:
- Spearhead the preparation and execution of Initial Public Offerings (IPO), including managing relationships with regulatory bodies, underwriters, and investors.
- Ensure compliance with IPO regulations and manage post-IPO reporting, investor relations, and transparency initiatives.
Risk Management:
- Identify and manage financial risks, ensuring the company has strong internal controls to protect its assets.
- Oversee audits and implement appropriate risk mitigation strategies.
Financial Reporting (MIS) & Compliance:
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to the board of directors, shareholders, and regulatory authorities.
- Maintain compliance with statutory and legal requirements, including tax regulations, financial audits, and financial disclosures.
People Management & Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure the finance function supports cross-functional collaboration and plays a key role in strategic decision-making.
Ethics & Governance:
- Uphold the highest standards of ethics, integrity, and corporate governance, ensuring that the company\'s financial practices comply with internal policies and external regulations.
- Foster a transparent and ethical financial environment across the organization.
Stakeholder Management & Communication:
- Act as the key liaison between the finance department, senior management, and external stakeholders, including auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions.
- Ensure clear and effective communication of financial objectives and outcomes to relevant stakeholders.
System Implementation:SAP Implementation:
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of the SAP ERP system across all functions, ensuring seamless integration with existing business processes.
- Collaborate closely with the IT team, consultants, and department heads to define requirements, map processes, and configure SAP modules (Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Production, and HR).
- Drive data migration, system customization, and testing phases, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Conduct change management and training programs to ensure smooth adoption by all users across various departments and plant locations.
- Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor system performance post-implementation and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
- Address system-related issues promptly and work on system enhancements based on business needs.
- Ensure that the implementation aligns with regulatory requirements and industry best practices, enhancing overall operational efficiency.
Travel:
- Regularly travel to company locations across India to manage on-ground financial operations, ensuring consistency and operational excellence.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory.
- Experience: 15-20 years of post-qualification experience in financial leadership roles.
- Industry Expertise: Proven experience in a similar industry (manufacturing, packaging, FMCG) is preferred.
- IPO Experience: Must have successfully handled at least one IPO launch.
- Travel: Willingness to travel frequently across company locations in India.
