Candidates Profile:
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with about 1 to 4 years of post-qualification, good quality Audit experience in Audit and Assurance practice at well-known CA firms in conducting Statutory Audit, Limited Review, Ind-AS, Central Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, applying Indian Accounting Standards/ Ind-AS / ICFR / ICOFR - for mid/large sized clients who are in Manufacturing sector, or different Services sector, and BFSI (Banking and Financial Services Industries).Those with longer experience, and leading team and independently managing/conducting Statutory Audit assignments of Manufacturing companies, Bank Audits/ BFSI Audits may also apply, and they could be considered for senior role.

Responsibilities
1. Handling Audit and Assurance assignments - conducting Statutory Audits (along with Ind-AS, ICFR), Tax Audits of leading clients in different industries:
- (a) Industrial/Manufacturing companies; and companies in Service industries (Non-Financial); Or
- (b) BFSI/Financial sector: Banking PSU Banks, Private sectors Banks, Non-Banking Financial Services companies (NBFCS), Housing Finance companies (HFCs), Insurance companies.
2. For seniors, leading a team - proper work allocation to team members, supervising and guiding team, and monitoring Audit work done by them, to ensure timely and satisfactory completion.
3. Maintaining cordial relations with client\'s management, liaison, coordinating, and dealing with clients executives on the day-to-day work for supply of data and information for Audit Assignments; resolving Operational issues, and completion of audit as per schedule.
