Job Description

• Studying and understanding various policies.
• Reviewing risk management and mitigation mechanism.
• Identifying key performance indicators for monitoring deployment of financial assistance towards specified end-use of funds loaned/ investments.
• To ensure that the funds disbursed to various stakeholders are as per the extant provisions/guidelines.
• Checking various lists, websites or database to find the instances of default.
• Conducting site visits.
• Cross verification of funds disbursed with audited accounts, bank statements, vouchers and invoices.
• Analyse the funds requirement based on historical data.
• Review of NPA cases.
• Making presentation to a committee whenever required.

• Should be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) holding membership from the ICAI.
• Should have knowledge of Audit of Banks / Financial Institutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Must be technology savvy and well exposed to advisory business.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (word, excel and PowerPoint) and other relevant software programs.
• Should have good drafting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
