Chartered Accountant (GST), 3 to 8 years in New Delhi

Job Description

• Responsible for Clients GST working, GST returns, Compile and reconcile then upload returns forms GSTR-1, 2, 3monthly return, 3B up to GSTR-8. Input tax, GST Audit, credit claim and set off details-SGST/CGST/IGST.
• ROC Annual Filing of Companies.
• Work closely with the tax department to ensure performance of tax planning, client interaction and special projects
• Collaborate with staff on income tax preparation and planning
• Review completed tax forms and provide recommendations to junior members of our team when needed
• Research and resolve tax and accounting issues affecting our firm
• Perform tax services in compliance with laws and regulations.
• Manage innovative tax planning programs.
• Review complex Income tax returns.
• Identify all tax risks.
• Manage tax provision and tax compliance process.
• Suggest innovating solutions for process improvement using best practices.
• Manage and coordinate GST audits.
• Manage and track tax balances on general ledger.
• Prepare all tax papers on regular basis and handle all data requests.
• Manage Cashflow and Investment of the Company.
• Handle consolidation of Subsidiaries with Holding Company.
• Prepare monthly budget sheet.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through ongoing communication and exceptional service.
• Implementing, Controlling, Planning, accounting systems and Procedures. Maintain SOP manuals. Coordinating with Statutory auditor and prepare necessary reports to finalize annual audit reports. Arrange internal staff trainings, Attend Meetings.
