- Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards (Ind AS, IFRS).
- Manage statutory, internal, and tax audits; coordinate with external auditors.
- Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, income tax returns, and other regulatory compliances.
- Monitor and manage day-to-day accounting operations and reconciliations.
- Develop financial strategies, conduct budget forecasting and variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies.
- Handle financial planning, risk management, and internal controls.
- Participate in strategic planning and advise senior management on financial matters.
