Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Chartered Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accountancy principles and practices, and a keen interest in gaining experience in Cost Management Accounting (CMA), Banking & Finance, and RBI regulatory compliances related to Foreign Direct Investment (FDI).
Role & responsibilities
- Conduct financial analysis and reporting, including preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
- Assist in the development and implementation of cost management strategies.
- Collaborate with banking institutions to manage financial transactions and optimize liquidity.
- Ensure compliance with RBI regulations pertaining to Foreign Direct Investment (FDI).
- Conduct internal audits and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Provide financial guidance and support to cross-functional teams.
Qualifications:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5 years of experience.
- Strong understanding of Cost Management Accounting (CMA) principles.
- Knowledge of banking and finance operations, with experience in managing financial transactions.
- Familiarity with RBI regulations and compliance requirements for Foreign Direct Investment (FDI).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
