Job Description

• Assist clients in preparing for external audits by gathering necessary documents and information.
• Maintain accurate records of all work performed on behalf of clients.
• Fund Raising.
• IPO Funding.
• Limited / Listed Company Accounting & Fund Raising management.
• Provide assurance services such as statutory audit, internal control review, risk assessment, and process improvement consulting.
• Conduct audits and reviews of client financials to ensure compliance with accounting standards (AS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Experience should not be less then 5 years in Accounting field with the reputed firm.
