Job Description:-
- We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in the industry.
2. The ideal candidate should be below the age of 35 and possess a strong understanding of financial principles and practices.3. The maximum compensation for this position, including fixed and variable components, is 16 Lakhs per annum.
Role and Responsibilities -1. Approve expenses in accordance with company policies.2. Maintain cash flow and monitor liquidity requirements.3. Prepare month-end profit and loss (PL) statements for all entities and consolidated group PL.4. Conduct variance analysis and provide insightful commentary on financial performance.5. Coordinate with Revenue, Payroll, and Accounts Payable teams to gather PL and balance sheet (BS) data.6. Demonstrate strong technical accounting skills and proficiency in Excel.7. Utilize ERP software and Tally for accounting purposes.8. Collaborate effectively within a team environment.9. Review expenses and challenge spending where necessary.10. Develop budgets and forecasts for expenses.11. Address investor queries related to expenses.12. Conduct expense analysis to support management decision-making.13. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members.14. Deliver training on accounting updates to team members.15. Manage backups to ensure operational continuity.16. Offer constructive feedback to team members and maintain composure in stressful work situations.17. Adhere to deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.18. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes accordingly.19. Implement tech controls and tech monitoring mechanisms to achieve cost savings.20. Fulfil any other duties deemed appropriate and necessary for the role.
