Job description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Reconciliation of marketplace channels Return tracking weekly basis of marketplace ecommerce Manual working of returns addition in sap by without reference Return mapped against payment reconciliation on monthly Myntra Omni/Amazon Omni/Myntra PPMP Follow up for ticket raised of short received in warehouse Daily providing ETP invoice no to showroom for returns addback in system Updating masterfile of omni channel for sales/return Monthly GRN summary Providing Pending Return addition of Omni channel to Stock Team on mail basis. Taking followup for returns addtion in sap for reconciliation
- Financial Statement Preparation
o Create and ensure timely circulation of Monthly accounts.
o Share monthly pending invoices for vendors which are older than 180 days.
o Publish trend reports, past data analytics on key indicators and highlight anomalies and outliers
o Review the reports and statements share by the team and other departments.
o Lead the team managing payables, receivables and other subsets for offline and online channels.
- Closing Processes
o Oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes.
o Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary financial data and ensuring timely completion.
o Implement best practices for an efficient and streamlined closing process.
o Ensure Sales reconciliation is done between ETP & SAP.
o Ensure all purchase transactions are posted including debit & credit notes.
o Ensure all the carry forward balances with respect to vendors, customers, inventory are correct and verified.
o Ensure all the reconciliation has been done with respect to vendors, inventory, bank statements.
o Have end to end control of the Trial Balance.
o Ensure quarterly and annual closing is done within timelines.
o Managing Statutory, preparing audit plan and execution there to ensure that audit is completed on time.
- Financial Analysis
o Conduct in-depth analysis of financial statements to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
o Provide insights to senior management regarding financial performance and potential areas of risk.
- Reporting & MIS
o Publish monthly /quarterly/Annual accounts.
o Present data and insights in monthly business review meetings.
- Process efficiency & Automation
o Oversee the Center of Excellence for process automation for Finance department.
o Identify the processes that are repetitive in nature and create a plan of action to automate them.
o Automate publishing of reports and data analysis for better and faster strategic decisioning
o Work with the SAP development team and initiate streamlining, digitization and automation as and when needed.
o Troubleshoot and resolve queries pertaining to SAP functionalities.
- People & Stakeholder Management
o Identify and execute training & development plan for the team.
o Address concerns of the staff and take timely action.
o Manage both internal & external stakeholder relationships
