Job description
Role & responsibilities :
1) Develop & maintain accurate financial statements, reports, internal controls
2) Monitor budgeting and financial forecasting for group of companies
3) Ensure compliance with accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP) and manage statutory & internal audits
4) Provide financial analysis & strategic recommendations to improve financial operations, minimize risks & achieve corporate goals
5) Oversee tax planning, treasury & financial management
6) Advising on mergers, acquisitions and other corporate financial matters
7) Safeguard company assets, investigate financial discrepancies & ensure regulatory compliance
8) Liaise with internal/external auditors, clients & vendors to resolve financial issues & prevent fraud
9) Prepare monthly/annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy & alignment with local & international standards.
10) Collaborate closely with management teams to optimize financial systems and drive business success
11) Well-versed with Capital Market & SEBI compliances
12) Pre & Post-IPO process with due diligence, documentation and regulatory compliance
