Job description
The Responsibilities of the Candidate Will Entail:•
- Reviewing, analyzing, evaluating and presenting
- Financial Statements
- Audits
- Tax Reports and Filings
- Project management
- Financial statement composition, assessment, analysis and maintenance
- Strategy / Corporate Accounting
- Working with third parties like consultants, outside auditors, advocates and financial institutions to complete all work
- Internal Business strategy and audits between units and entities
- Maintain regulatory and statutory requirements and legislation within the company
- Interested in training junior team members and building a team
- Working with a team to accomplish all tasks
The Qualifications and the Requirements of the Candidate:
1. Minimum of 3 years experience
2. Entrepreneurial Nature, Personable, Motivated
3. Team Player with the ambition to progress within their career
4. College Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
5. Passed Chartered Accountancy Exams
6. Interested in the Hospitality and Real Estate field
7. Interested in data analysis, cost management and strategic discussions
