Role & responsibilities
Taxation :
Prepare tax provisions schedules, returns, payments, reports and maintain a companys tax database. Estimate and track tax returns.
Find tax solutions to complicated tax issues or errors from incorrect tax filings.
Identify legal tax savings and recommend ways to improve profits .
Accurately prepare quarterly and annual tax reports .
Keep up-to-date with tax changes and industry trends by participating in educational opportunities, participating in professional organizations, keeping up with professional networks and reading professional publications .
Responsibilities cover direct tax (i.e. corporation tax), indirect tax (i.e. GST/VAT) and operational tax (e.g. withholding tax) .
Budgteting
Budgeting, Budgetary control, Budget preparation, Management action and cost control, Master budget, Price and quantity variance, Responsibility centres, Zero-based budgeting. • General Management experience is essential in managing the entire portfolio • Good Interpersonal skills including People Management Skills Leadership Skills. •
Preferred candidate profile
Experience of working on SAP is essential.
