Role & responsibilities
- Drafting Minutes of Meeting
- Organizing Board Meetings
- Handling overseas Entity Compliances
- Liaising with vendors & Authorities
- Structuring Transactions, Due Diligence & Tax Planning
- Data management & storage of records
- Complying with ROC, GST, EPF, RERA, Income Tax
- Handling investment documents for the Family office.
- Coordinating with Management and handling their Wealth Documents
- Liasoning with Depositories, Banks, Stock Exchange, RBI & overseas authorities.

- Young, self motivated and ambitious
- Good communication skills in oral & writing
- Open for versatile profile & learning new areas
- Good command of excel & tally
