Job description
Role & responsibilities
1) Developing and standardizing accounting processes and treatments throughout the various companies.
2) Complete accounting and consolidation for the companies. Complete handling of accounting controls (such as assets, liabilities, incomes and gains reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, etc.).
3) Ensuring that any transaction is in correct alignment with the accounting policies and control environment of the company. Any deviation should be brought to the notice of the management before such transaction takes place.
4) Financial Reporting and Disclosures - preparation of various financial reports, statements of disclosures, etc.
5) Complete responsibility of financial and business control for the company as a whole conducting process validation and audit and reporting deviations from policies, standards, procedures, etc.
6) Developing, establishing and standardizing control processes and treatments throughout the company.
7) Tracking internal processes and control adherence in the company. Creating and presenting MIS for such tracking.
8) Tracking compliances with laws and adherence to disclosures made.
9) Bringing in control processes, systems, etc.
10) Timely and accurate preparation of MIS/Budgets Consolidation of MIS/Budgets for the company as a whole. Analysis of MIS data and bringing out facts underlying the data through discussions with operations at various levels of the organization.
11) Expenditure control and managing project costs
12) Prepare and analyze financial statements monthly, including: income statement, balance sheet, and statement of cash flows
Managing audits of various entities
Preferred candidate profile
1) Should be Chartered Accountant having upto 2 years of experience of above and having knowledge of :
1) AS, Ind-AS and Auditing standards.
2) GST, Income Tax and corporate laws.
3) Microsoft office.
4) ERP like Tally and SAP.
5) Good communication skills
