Chartered Accountant, 1 to 5 years in Faridabad

Job Description

1. Should act as an adviser to who manage, the business by giving it a financial direction strategically.
2. Direct and monitor all accounting entries to ensure that they are in accordance with the accounting standards and comply with all relevant laws.
3. Handling Statutory Audit schedules & liaise with external auditors, internal auditors,
4. investors and external agencies.
5. Representing the Audit reports along with the strategic insights.
6. Should have working knowledge of the compliance under the Companies Act.
7. Essential: Direct and Indirect taxation knowledge GST, Customs & Withholding Tax.
8. Auditing other tax-related duties.
9. Review the company\'s systems/Business Processes and analyze risk.
10. Identify new opportunities for reporting that provides deeper insight on business performance and trends to improve decision making and create value.
11. Manage budgeting and forecasting & rolling forecast on quarterly basis.
12. Ensure that all the business processes in a company are risk-management compliant.
13. Doing Internal Audits of Accounting and reconciliation.
14. Detect and prevent Fraud.
15. Develop and maintain internal controls.
16. Follow up issued raised by external auditor report.
17. Compile and analyze financial statement.
18. Learning and studying organization\'s policy and guidelines.
19. Ensure that all the business processes in a company are compliant as per Income Tax Department, GST Department and MCA.
20. Doing quarterly stock & FA Audit.
