RESPONSIBILITIES:
You would be working in the Chairman\'s office of the Group and reporting directly to the VP from the Chairman\'s Office. Following are indicative activities you would be carrying out on a regular basis:
- Coordinating with various internal teams to obtain financial and operational data, analysing the same and providing insights and recommendations for course of action.
- Looking into the revenues and costs of various group entities and providing cost reduction and pricing strategies.
- Preparing management financials including projections for various group entities
- Preparing reports for the management, advising on actions/ decisions to be taken.
- Looking into alternative investment opportunities, creating pitch decks, and assisting the Office in availing such investments.
- Liaising with potential investors, providing requisite data and assisting in due diligence.
- Drafting communication to external stakeholders, including shareholders, clients, customers, suppliers.
- Assisting the Finance team, whether advising on business and financial matters or in creating reports for applications/ external communications, as necessary.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Need to be proficient in MS Office Applications, with a very good control on MS Excel
- Need to be proficient in English communication, with a very good control over written English
- Ability to analyse financial data quickly, understand the implications and advise on correctness of decisions to be taken from Accounting, Tax and Legal perspective
