Job Description

• Serve as a subject matter expert in financial management, providing insights and help in improving core banking applications.
• Monitor and maintain system health with respect to all accounting and financial transactions.
• Coordinate with Accounts and Finance team for system gap analysis and quick resolution.
• Develop and maintain departmental budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and financial targets.
• Monitor expenses and analyse variances to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization.
• Manage vendor relationships, including negotiation of contracts, performance evaluation, and compliance with service level agreements.
• Conduct financial analysis and reporting to support business operations and strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and to develop financial models.
• Guidance on budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking.
• Provide ad hoc analysis and support to senior management as needed.

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
• 1-2 years of experience in financial management, business analysis, or related field.
• Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in financial modelling, data analysis, and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
