CFO & Account - Finance Manager

Job Description

• Person should be able to comply all regulations, banks and all external agencies independently with full satisfaction to all agencies.
• Finalization of books of account and the financial statements on monthly, quarterly, and annual basis (both standalone and consolidation)
• Conducting Statutory Audit and Internal Audit and upholding seamless relationship with external consultants including internal and statutory auditors
• Filing of GST & Income Tax returns along with preparation of data
• Tax planning considering statutory compliances
• Maintaining cordial relationship with various statutory authorities / departments viz, GST, Income Tax, ROC for compliances and assessments
• Implementation and preparation of periodical MIS Reports
• Evaluate all transaction processes, identify weaknesses / inefficiencies & come up with suggestions for improvement (including automation)
• Formulate and implement SOP’s and monitor on continuous basis
• Identify potential areas of cost saving and implement process to reap the benefits
• We are looking forward for dynamic, result oriented CFO who is CA and having at least 20 years of experience.
• He should have been leading team of at least 10 to 15 persons.
