• Variance Analysis of Sales and Cost elements with budgeted figures.
• Analysis of product pricing & profitability thru a structured review mechanism
• Business case preparation for new projects & expansions .
• Preparing Costing MIS and reporting to management on product profitability to take corrective action.
• Cost analysis for new product inquiry.
• Monthly MIS of all Business projection & profitability.
• Conducting Cost Audit based on internal benchmarks.
• Calculation of Machine Hour Rate cost calculation.
• Monthly analysis & report to management for Material Variances (Budgeted vs Actual).
• Collaborative working with plants for cost reduction to achieve target bottom line.
