Position: Asst Manger or Manager - Finance & Accounts
Qualification: MBA or CA

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all statutory payments and returns are done on time.
- Reply promptly to client questions and concerns received by voicemail or via written communication.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with debtors, creditors, vendors, customers
- Ensure audits are timely closed.
- Responsible for all Financial performance and monitoring completion of accounting processes including Account Receivables, Payables, Cash flow management and revenue recognition.
- Responsible to prepare MIS and keep track of the company’s financial expenditures and provide reports as and when requested by the Management.
- Responsible to closely coordinate with the business heads for timely reporting and revenue analysis.
- Responsible to liaise with banks for working capital, statutory and internal tax auditors, litigators, and investors.
- Creating forecasting models, assessing risk in investments, and ensuring all accounting activities comply with regulations.
- Conduct risk management, budgets analysis, forecasting financial results, and assessing risks in financial transactions.
- Ensure systematic documentation of financial transactions, timely audits, and due diligence.
- Keep track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
- Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
- Maintain historical records.
- Prepare analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports

- Ability to thrive under pressure and adhere to constant and challenging dedlines
- Proven track record of negotiating payments and handling disputed charges
