Job Description

• Looking after trademark registration process and to take time to time follow ups from the appointed advocate. 
• Also used to Monitor Trademark, Copyright and Design applications, Registrations and its renewals.
• Preparation and finalization of Vendor Agreement, Transport Agreement, Modern Trade Agreement, E-trade Agreement, Distributorship Agreements, MOU’s, Leave and License agreements, Agents Agreement, Franchise Agreements, Transport Agreements etc. and renewal of all this Agreements if necessary
• Along with this fulfilling the compliances and taken care of the Notices receive under Package and Commodities rules under Legal Metrology Act for the products.
• Working on new project – Legal Requirements and licenses require starting manufacturing of new product.
• Reply the notices / complaints of the Consumers as well as the PFA Authorities.
• Making a list of Acts under which the Sections that are applicable for Label Approvals. For e.g. Prevention of Food Adulteration act, Standard of Weights & Measures Act, Food Processing Order, Packaged Commodity Rules etc.
• Check the legal mandatory and approve the Labels of the product. 
• Other Legal work.
