Position: Associate Vice President - Company Secretariat
Experience: 15 to 20 years
Roles and Responsibilities
To adhere and implement departmental SOPs by maintaining effective professional relationship with
team members and external/internal stakeholders. Preparation of Board/ Committee meetings and agenda papers.
Also will be involved in Presentations and Research.
Manage Board/ Committee/ General Meeting.
Maintain Statutory records and facilitating secretarial /internal / statutory audit.
Research New initiative/innovative solutions and analyzing law/ development. Conceptualize the impact on current working.
Supervise the operations of the team. Transact and support for functional departments, also provide information to other departments - Internal and External.
Take up Special Assignments.
Prepare for Board/ Committee meetings agenda papers
Prepare presentations and research findings and Statutory approvals
Support the team in day to day activities, guidance and supervising the juniors and prompt and accurate execution of instructions
Timely and accurate creation/maintenance of secretarial records and compliance (both hard and soft copies)
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience: 15 + years
Should have worked in a large listed company
Some experience in FEMA would be an added advantage
