Role : Associate Legal
Location : Mumbai
Experience : 6 to 8 years

Job Description :
Provide legal analysis and support on legal projects and documentation;
Collaborate and support large volume deals or remediation projects;
Design and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency;
Conduct gap analysis and summarize deviations in negotiated agreements from standardized templates or against playbooks and policy manuals to identify discrepancies, escalation mechanisms and managing remediation exercises;
Review legal documents, provide gap analysis and similar legal support to the Global Legal Teams (Strong technical knowledge in contracts is essential with solid attention to detail); and
Identifying opportunities suitable for automation and work in tandem with the respective technology teams to provide solutions.
