Job Profile:
The role requires a person who should have posseses knowledge of commercial, financial laws and regulatory laws
Some litigation experience (internship) related to Indirect tax matters will be an added advantage
Interpretation of Law and Drafting skills essential as the work profile will include handling of matters pertaining to Income Tax and all acts under indirect taxation. Further Drafting of writs/appeals before different forums, legal notices, recovery notices etc
Advising on Customs, Central Excise, Service Tax, and Goods and Services Tax laws.
Representation of matters before authorities at various levels
