Associate Counsel / Sr Group Manager Legal

Min 12+ Years of experience, Employment law expert & Litigation and should have handled employee related issues - Minimum wages, Maternity, Overtime, ESIC, PF, POSCH, Bonus, PIP, Investigations ,etc

1. Provide legal assistance and advising support to HR team in the areas of employment laws, disciplinary actions, employee relations, dismissals, compliances, pay & benefits
2. Drafting & vetting of complaints , claims, legal notices, show-cause notices, charge-sheets, employment agreements, responses to legal notices in the areas of employment laws
3. Liaisoning with Companys lawyers for litigations , retainership and provide necessary instructions

4. Attend hearings in the Court and represent the Company whenever necessary with Govt authorities, courts, tribunals
5. Monitor changes/amendments in labor laws and advise HR team for its implementation
6. To act as in-house counsel / advisor to HR team in the areas of employment laws

7. Handle companys whistblower program, conduct investigations

Coordinate with Lawyers and attend court & Liaising with Company\'s lawyers for litigations , retainer ship and provide necessary instructions

Geography Responsibility - 80% - India Centric & 20% Global Responsibility

Currently IC Role
