Job Description
- Develop New vendors
- Purchase cycle as a whole
- Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
- Request quotes and compare prices for maximum ROI. Negotiate contract terms of agreement and
- pricing.
- Arranging Freight & Transport material to vessel after obtaining required permissions
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Review quality of purchased products
- Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
- Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses
- Monitor stock levels and place orders as and when needed based on indents received
- Maintain and Review Purchasing, Shipping, and Receiving Records
- Analyze potential vendors and suppliers for future project needs
- Ensure all deliveries contain all goods requested
- Generation MIS reports for management (Ml I KPI)
- Any other work from time to tome as advised by the management
