Job description
Role & responsibilities

  • Co-ordinating with the developer on project progress/ MIS
  • Monitor the Developers MIS and seek clarifications for discrepancies.
  • Uploading sales and cost MIS in the system and responsible for accurate reports in the system
  • Co-ordinate with developer and internal teams while processing NOC
  • To ensure all payment released and NOC issued are as per underwriting and highlight in case of any discrepancies.
  • Manage escrow a/cs & daily fund transfers (FT) including vendor payments.
  • To include setting up of sweep/modification for bank transfers
  • To oversee disbursement request raised by the developer.
  • Assist in regular audits and other data points for MIS to Management

Preferred candidate profile

  • Sound knowledge of wholesale Real estate lending business
  • 5+ years of experience Asset Management or Banking Operations of Real estate lending
  • Good at MS Excel, powerpoint and word
  • Prior Experience of process / system automation / technology systems
  • Prior experience in handling aspects of audit, compliance, maintaining accounts would be preferred
  • Bcom/ MBA finance/ Chartered Accountant/with 5 yrs. of work experience, preferably with wholesale banking operations / real estate sector or Qualified banking operations professionals
