Job Description:
- SAP standard costing run in SAP monthly.
- New product costing as and when required.
- Update standard cost parameters as and when required , rate and routine data calculation.
- MIS reporting related to factory costing , material consumption ,variance ,logistic cost and ad hoc reporting as required.
- Variance analysis of all cost components (material and conversion cost) with an explanation of increase and decrease.
- Checking BoM and yield and material consumption for cost control.
- PL Preparation and analysis.
- Actual Cost calculation and comparison with the standard cost to check deviation.
- Product wise profitability calculation and reasoning for the change in cost.
- Annual operating plan, budget vs actual analysis, forecast PL.
- Automation projects related to costing and MIS.
- Preparation of analytical dashboards and business summaries with insights to drive decisions.
