Position: Assistant Manager/ Manager/ Senior Manager/ Company Secretary
Qualification: CS
Experience: 2 to 5 years
Location: New Delhi

Job description

The incumbent would get exposure of:
a. Working on various assignments like IPO, Takeover, Buy Back, Delisting, QIPs, Mergers, Restructuring, Capital Infusion (Debt and Equity),
b. Liaising with various statutory/regulatory authorities like SEBI, RoC, RBI, Stock Exchanges, etc.
c. Coordinating with various intermediaries and advisors and/or associates in connection with the assignment.
d. Drafting of Offer Documents and other Publications in connection with IPO, Takeover, Buy Back, Delisting, QIPs, Mergers etc.

REQUIRMENTS:-

Experience:
a. At least 2 years experience of working in Merchant banking Company or having worked with any Advisory Firm engaged in giving advisory in connection with IPO.
b. Knowledge of SEBI Rules and Regulations viz. ICDR Regulations, LODR Regulations, Takeover Regulations, Delisting Regulations.
c. Having eye for detail and can independently conduct due diligence.
d. Good analytical and drafting skills.
e. Candidate having practical experience of working on Initial Public Offer would be preferred

Qualification:
Qualified/semi-qualified Company Secretary, qualified/semi-qualified Chartered Accountant, MBA (Finance).
