Position: Assistant Manager Legal
Experience: 4 to 7 years
Qualification: Bcom
Location: Mulund

Job description:
  • Handling day to day legal affairs of the Company, timely advice to the Management and to other departmental heads & formulation of various company policies.
  • Drafting Vetting and finalization of Contracts & Agreements, Memorandum of Understandings, and agreements related to Facility Agreements, Confidentiality Agreements, Bank Guarantee Agreements, etc., and handling litigation matters independently.
  • Drafting and preparation of all legal pleadings i.e.written statements, petitions, counters, appeals, affidavits, etc. and file before concerned Law Courts, Tribunals, and Law Enforceable agencies. 
  • Knowledge in legal aspects relating to various Labour Laws, Shops & Establishment Legislation, Contract Labour.
  • Providing guidance on speedy legal remedies, sending notices and replies, filing new cases and complaints in designated courts, Assurance execution of summons, warrants and awards, and Assurance amicable resolution in cases filed against the company.
  • Liaison with police officials, Labor commission rate, Government authorities. 
  • Attending courts on the assigned dates, co-ordination with all other departments. 
  • Advising company on handling FIR\'s, police investigations, criminal complaints etc.
  • Advising the management in their day to day issues by identifying the legal risks involved in the transactions and suggesting suitable measures to mitigate them.
Skills required :
  • Strong knowledge about corporate laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Must be able to work under high stress.
  • Must be well organized and accurate in work.
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality about all legal matters.
