Position: Assistant Manager Legal
Qualification: LLB
Experience: 5 to 10 years
Location: Chennai

Job description:
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • To have basic knowledge on land law, personal law, RERA
  • To have basic knowledge on consumer law,
  • To have basic knowledge on litigations, drafting plaints, written statements, notices, reply notices,
  • To understand the issues and to respond, take appropriate legal action to mitigate the risk, issue
  • To reply to queries raised by various stakeholders (CRM, Sales, Finance)
  • To ensure timely registration of documents
  • Good drafting skills

  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Should be willing to travel
