Qualification: LLB
Experience: 4 to 8 years
Location: Mumbai


Job description
Assistant Manager Legal,
  1. Person must be LLB with experience of minimum working of 4 to 6 years with Advocate as well as the Company.
  2. Working experience in listed company in legal department.
  3. Experience of working in Non-litigation work.
  4. Experience of working in Litigation section.
  5. Vetting of Banking documents, experience of preparing and vetting of banking documents for credit facilities.
  6. Preparing of various agreements, like Leave and License Agreement, Lease Deed, Letter of Intent (LOI).
  7. Preparing of Joint Venture Agreement(s), shareholders Agreement.
  8. Agreement with vendors, third party or any agreement relation to HR, Administration, marketing agreements, etc.
  9. Drafting of reply to notice send by customers / shareholders and parties.
  10. Drafting of Notice against vendors, parties and any third party for any legal issue.
  11. Work relating to Trade Mark, applying for trade mark and litigation matter related to trade mark.
  12. Handling of matter relating to shops and establishment, customs, or any other legal authority, etc.
  13. Dealing with government authority and any other authority in matter related to the Company.
  14. Supporting administration department for any legal related work and activity.
