Operational Compliance & Advisory
• Ensure 100% accurate and compliant tax documentation and remittance for clients.
• Ensure 100% accurate and timely filing of income tax returns for Indian and foreign corporate clients, reducing rework and review iterations by 25%.
• Review and finalize TDS workings and returns with minimal need for revision; ensure submission before statutory deadlines with zero penalties.
• Handle dividend assignments end-to-end, ensuring correct tax treatment and timely execution.
• Issue Form 15CBs within 2448 hours of data receipt, along with advisory on withholding tax rates, enabling clients to process remittances without delay.
• Support complex international tax advisory projects on POEM and PE by preparing well-researched notes that feed into final client deliverables.
• Draft high-quality litigation documents (e.g., appeals, submissions, research notes), contributing to at least 70% acceptance rate or favourable resolutions. Drive timely resolution of departmental matters (rectifications, refunds, stay applications), with a target of <30-day resolution in standard cases.
• Contribute to partners revenue target by owning execution for 35 major clients and completing work within budgeted hours.

Effective Team Management
• Mentor 13 junior team members, leading to measurable improvement in their performance (e.g., fewer review comments, quicker turnaround).
• Deliver at least 1 internal training session per quarter to strengthen technical capability within the team.
• Circulate bi-monthly or monthly tax alerts on recent tax amendments and case laws to internal teams and select clients, enhancing thought leadership.

Business Development & Client Relationship Management
• Prepare compelling, customized proposals/presentations leading to 12 client conversions per quarter.
• Attend client meetings and handle follow-ups, maintaining high client satisfaction scores and establishing long-term client engagement.
• Act as the primary contact for assigned clients, ensuring smooth communication and on-time delivery of all tax-related services.

Practice Management
• Ensure monthly billing completion for all assigned clients with 100% accuracy and timely submission to the accounts team.
• Drive collections by following up on outstanding invoices, targeting >90% realization within agreed credit periods.
