Assistant Manager - Business Finance, 2 to 3 years in Mumbai

Job Description

1. Preparing GC P/L every month and further breaking it into segment and sub-segment level
2. Identifying areas where financial performance can be improved, such as cost reduction opportunities or revenue generation strategies and highlighting it to the team for financial optimization
3. Analysing the branch models from a ROA/ROE perspective and providing insights about investments made vs actual performance
4. Evaluating every P/L metric carefully to identify any operational inefficiency or process gaps
5. Keeping a track of new launches/projects from Analytics, technology and other teams and providing cost benefit analysis of the same
6. Tracking performance in competition and keeping a track of industry numbers
7. Working with PMO/PR/Any other teams for management presentations after month/quarter/year end

• Years of experience - 2 to 3 years of total experience, preferably from BFSI industry (should have done a role in Business Finance)
• Education: CA

• Analytical Skills
• Advanced in MS Excel
• Strong verbal and written communication, collaboration, and influencing
• Planning and Prioritization
