Job description
Role & responsibilities

  • Handling Reconciliation of Bank accounts which is related to Payments/Disbursement and collection account.
  • Preparing bank Reconciliation status MIS report and send it to HOD for review purpose.
  • Preparing bank wise open entries MIS report and send it to concerned stake holders twice in a week.
  • Verifies the all bank account ledger balances with trail balance on monthly basis.
  • Taking follow up with respective Banks for account statement for reconciliation purpose.
  • Handling the queries raised by auditors related to bank reconciliation and resolves those queries within the given time line.
  • Uploading bank statement for all bank accounts in Omnifin system on daily basis with 100% accuracy.

  • Well - versed with Bank Reconciliation
  • Well - Versed with MS Office
  • Commerce Graduate
