Role & responsibilities:
1.Compliance Management:
Assisting Company Secretary in day to day works, ROC filings, Board meetings and Annual General Meetings.
Assisting Company Secretary in day to day works, ROC filings, Board meetings and Annual General Meetings.
2.Investor Services: Attending Shareholders queries, IEPF Claims Processing and Processing of Shareholders requests for Transmission of Shares, Issue of Duplicate Share Certificate Etc.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. B.com with secretarial background with 1-2 years experiences (Salary Will consider as per the profile and background)
