Job description
Role & responsibilities
- Filing, registering any document including forms, returns and applications by and on behalf of the company with various regulators as may be required.
- Assisting in Managing all tasks relating to Securities and their transfer and transmission.
- Drafting of various Board Level policies and ensuring they are updated.
- Maintenance of statutory books and registers.
- Assisting in Managing the Secretarial Audit.
- Assisting in Managing all the compliance as required under the Companies Act, 2013.
- Assisting in Managing all the compliance as required under SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015.
- Handling and managing all the required compliance under Reserve Bank of India Regulations as applicable to NBFCs.
- Liaising with external regulators and advisers whenever required.
- Assisting in Drafting Minutes, Notices and various Agenda papers as and when necessary.
- Assisting in convening and conducting the Companies AGM/EGM, Board Meeting, Committee Meetings etc.
- Assisting in Drafting various legal documents executed in day-to-day business.
Preferred candidate profile
- A member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India .
- Freshers to 3 years of experience in a reputed organisation.
