Position: Assistant Company Secretary
Qualification: CS
Experience: 0 to 3 years
Location: Ahmedabad

Job description
Role & responsibilities
  • Filing, registering any document including forms, returns and applications by and on behalf of the company with various regulators as may be required.
  • Assisting in Managing all tasks relating to Securities and their transfer and transmission.
  • Drafting of various Board Level policies and ensuring they are updated.
  • Maintenance of statutory books and registers.
  • Assisting in Managing the Secretarial Audit.
  • Assisting in Managing all the compliance as required under the Companies Act, 2013.
  • Assisting in Managing all the compliance as required under SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015.
  • Handling and managing all the required compliance under Reserve Bank of India Regulations as applicable to NBFCs.
  • Liaising with external regulators and advisers whenever required.
  • Assisting in Drafting Minutes, Notices and various Agenda papers as and when necessary.
  • Assisting in convening and conducting the Companies AGM/EGM, Board Meeting, Committee Meetings etc.
  • Assisting in Drafting various legal documents executed in day-to-day business.

Preferred candidate profile

  • A member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India .
  • Freshers to 3 years of experience in a reputed organisation.
