Job description
Required Skills:
- Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
- Oversee the invoicing process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in billing and collections.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.
- Coordinate and support external audits, including the preparation of audit schedules and responses to auditor inquiries.
- Experience in any financial software or any ERP systems (example. QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
