Position: Assistant Accounts Manager
Qualification: Bcom
Experience: 5 to 7 years
Location: Gurgaon


Job Description:
DUTIES AND REPSPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide support to the accounting department.
  • Assisting with day to day operations of the finance including filing , report generation ,budget review , data organization and data entry.
  • Identifying discrepancies.
  • Preparing financial statements and reports.
  • Handling communication and correspondence with Government Departments, organizations and clients.
  • Processing and tracking payments.
  • Tracking expenses.
  • Checking documentation for accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist in Audit.
  • Making Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Account.
  • Filing all mandatory governments returns timely.
  • Reconcile Bank statement by comparing transactions to the general ledger.
  • Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies.

REQUIRMENT AND SKILLS.
  • Knowledge of complete accounting principals.
  • Familiar with finance regulations.
  • Proficiency in Tally, M.S. Office, M. S. Excel and book keeping software.
  • Ability to detect Inconsistencies excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to works well in team.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Thorough knowledge of GST, Income Tax, ROC, Banking etc.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
