Assistant Account Manager, 5 to 8 years in Faridabad

Job Description

• Oversee the end-to-end process of finalizing financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness in financial reporting.
• Ensure accounts receivables are closed within the due dates.
• Develop and maintain Management Information System (MIS) reports for effective decision-making.
• Analyze financial data and present key insights to support strategic initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze monthly profitability, identifying areas for improvement or optimization.
• Manage and oversee the stock valuation process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles.
• Implement best practices for inventory control and valuation.
• Lead and manage the accounts team, providing direction and support.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity for operational needs.
• Implement strategies for optimizing working capital.

• Bachelor\'s degree in Commerce (B.Com Hons), CA Intermediate or equivalent is preferred.
• 5-8 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance.
• Proven experience in finalization of accounts, MIS reporting, monthly profitability analysis, stock valuation, and team management.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and MIS.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is a MUST.
