Area Legal Manager, 1 to 3 years in Thane

Job Description

• Candidate shall have 2+ years Experience in the Legal field
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Responsible to manage recovery related other issues including police complaint for and against company
• Shall have good command over N.I. Act , Arbitration , Criminal laws, Execution proceedings and SARFAESI Act .
• Managing litigation in NPA contracts.
• Responsible for reduction of NPA contracts.
• Support repossession and execution of S.17 order
• Initiation of 138, EP, S.9 etc. in identified contracts and resolution with minimum time frame.
• Execution of Warrants
• Service of Notices / summons
• Defending Criminal cases filed against employees.
• Manage repossession and other recovery related issues
• Attending police station and other statutory authorities
• Attending court as POA

• Negotiation and Settlement of NPA contracts with approval from approval authority.
• Initiation of litigation in identified contracts.
• Ensuring appropriate steps and defenses for defending Criminal cases and complaints.
• Ensuring compliance for repossession of asset.
