Job Description
Role : AM – Corporate Legal
Location : Mumbai
Qualification : LLB
Experience : 6 to 7 years
Job Description :
• Responsible for complete vetting, negotiating, and closing all vendor contracts, NDAs, service level agreements etc.
• Responsible for vetting, negotiating, and closing all funding treasury contracts, such as term loans, cash credit, NCDs, etc including final sign-off before execution,
• Responsible for vetting, negotiating, and closing all contracts for strategic partnerships including final sign-off before execution,
• Opine on stamp duty to be payable for various contracts,
• Responsible for preparation and review of various customer documents in wealth management business
• Responsible for providing reply to all super escalated customer complaints including to Regulator,
• Resolving all general disputes such as brand abuse, non-contractual behaviour by vendor etc.
• Review and approve all marketing collaterals and customer communications as per SEBI guidelines,
• Conduct research on various topics on need basis
