Job Description

• To have knowledge on litigations, drafting complaints, written statements, notices, reply notices, mails in English, Gujarati
• Legal drafting of Letter of Intent, Memorandum of Understanding, Lease Agreements/ Deeds, Leave and License Agreement, Sale Deed, Mortgage Deed, Development Agreement, Power of Attorney, bank guarantee, various types of notices, Public notices, search and title report, title opinion, other company related agreement/s, etc. Protect the company by taking swift and accurate decisions in favour of the company.
• Should have knowledge in Land Revenue, Agriculture Land, Sell deed, AOS Drafting
• Good drafting skills in English,
• To have basic knowledge on land law, personal law, RERA
• Drafting of various legal documents and appearing & contesting matters before all Courts
• To have basic knowledge on consumer law,
• To understand the issues and to respond/take appropriate legal action to mitigate the risk/issue
• To ensure timely registration of documents
• Should have Sound knowledge of the real estate laws and land laws of Gujarat, procedures, practices, and agreements
• End to End coordination for all legal matters between the company\'s management, legal consultants, and client/s.
• Should be able to provide legal opinions on various legal matters to senior management as and when required.

• Good English drafting skills
• Good computer knowledge and typing skills
• Possess good written and verbal communication skills
• A good team player with strong analytical skills
