Advocate, 2 to 4 years in Pune

Job Description

• Attending District court matters, Registrar office, Collector Office, Tahsildar Office, Circle office, Hearings.

• Capable of liasoning with the departments eg. High Court, Sessions Court, City Civil Court, Metropolitan Court, Tax authorities, etc.
• Co-ordination and communication with Sr. Advocate regarding the legal issues & all paper work.

• Draft legal documents, conduct legal research, maintain client confidentiality, and keep clients informed about all ongoing proceedings.

• Computer literacy in Word, Excel, and Internet is needed.

• Good working knowledge of English and Marathi.

• Good interpersonal skills to interact with local authorities with knowledge of Marathi preferable.

• Ready to travel out of station for official works.
