Accounts Manager, 7 to 10 years in Aurangabad

Job Description

• Daily Accounting Review: Oversee and ensure the accuracy and completeness of daily accounting transactions, identifying and resolving discrepancies as needed.
• Reconciliation: Perform monthly reconciliations of accounts receivable and payable, ensuring all financial records are up-to-date and accurate.
• Statutory Payment and Compliance: Manage the timely calculation, reconciliation, and payment of statutory dues. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations without any delays.
• Audit Support: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external auditors, providing necessary documentation and explanations for audit purposes. Support in the preparation for and execution of statutory and internal audits.
• Financial Reporting and Analysis: Assist in the finalization of the balance sheet and prepare other financial reports as required. Analyze financial data and report on financial performance.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of 8-10 accounting professionals, promoting a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and professional development.
• Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve accounting processes and systems to increase efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.
