Primary Responsibilities:
The accounting and finance manager will be responsible for daily bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivables, payroll, assistance with end-of-month close, grant reporting, audit preparation, and other related duties as assigned. The candidate will work closely with and report to the Director.Reporting Structure- Everyday 6 pm report on respective Email ids Reporting to : Director ( Devarsh Shah) Position reporting into this role :

Job Description:
  1. The accounts and finance manager will ensure smooth functioning of day-to-day accounting and finance operations and supervise a team of accounts department.
  2. Will be responsible for book-keeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and grants administration.
  3. Should ensure all the financial systems and procedures are implemented.
  4. Shall support the internal / external auditor with the required information.
  5. Should control the budget as per plan and take necessary steps as and when needed.
  6. Should ensure all the statutory compliances are paid well before the due date.
  7. Shall keep all the financial and accounting records updated related to vendors / clients bills / other miscellaneous expenses, etc
  8. Support the Directors with the preparation of monthly and annual financial plans,
  9. Maintain speed and accuracy of billings and client payments.
  10. Ensure proper incentive calculation & recording is done for sales team
  11. Complete Tally Knowledge

  13. E invoice, E-way bill filling complete knowledge
  14. Credit note knowledge with E invoice Compulsion

  26. GSTR-1 data queries resolving & sending Back-up to CA
  27. GST related other queries solving
  28. Expense entries of all Cos + Fixed payment entries e.g. Telephone bill/ Electricity bill
  29. Import export Documentation
  30. Import export entries
  31. Ledger Reconciliation for creditors and debtors
  32. Timely all Payment
  33. Cash Purchase
  34. Cash Sales Work
  35. Suspense should be clear within two days of timed
  36. Deposit cheques in bank as and when required
  37. Stock checking & Stock JV
  38. Mapping of PO & Purchase bill
  39. E way bill & LR for Purchase (Out of Mumbai)
  40. Filling of Purchase Invoice
  41. CRS Ledger Recording
  42. PO creation, PO checking with invoice, following-up for Invoice
  43. Bank Reconciliation
  44. Petty Cash
  45. Any other A/CS related work assigned by manager

Educational Qualification:

  7. 100% timely payouts (salaries & incentives) to employee as per companys commitment timelines
Work Experience:
A minimum of 6+ years of experience in Accounts department with experience of managing at least a 5 member team
