• Should (training specialist) develops and executes training plans
• organizing and promoting Courses/Classes
• Ready to travel for offline training
• Developing and Delivering Course Contents as per learning Methodology
• Prepare and deliver training of new topics
• Schedule training as per trainees time preferences
• Motivate all stakeholder for training
