Job Description

• Experience in booking Flipkart & Amazon Sales & their reconciliation.
• Should be able to manage the accounting independently
• Good Knowledge of Tally Prime & Zoho
• Expertise in MS word, Excel Power point

• To make accounting entries and preparation of accounts book and ledger books there from for office record as well as for audit purpose.
• Zoho software knowledge is a must.
• Bank Reconciliation, Settlement of Card and Reco with Statement
• Preparation of TDS calculation and filing of quarterly TDS return
• Preparation and filing of GST return.
• GL Reconciliations / Ledger To Sub Ledger Reconciliation
• Processing of Travel and expenses, Processing Cards dues of employees, EDI, Claims & Reimbursements and Consignments.
• Vendor Master - Updating and creation of existing and new Supplier details in vendor master data.
• Vendor Reconciliation.
• Inspection of processed PO based or non PO invoices.
• Highlighting errors and conducting feedback session for processors and getting them rectified before any bill gets paid.
• Rectification of incorrect entries into Ledgers and presenting it with a Root cause analysis and get them assured for future.
• Preparing Weekly, monthly report of the aged open items in various GL accounts, and try to close them
